In Messologi, in a luxurious private space, designed for 4 to 6 people, high gastronomy meets refined aesthetics.
With atmospheric lighting, minimal but elegant decoration and a thoughtful layout, the ideal setting for an unforgettable culinary adventure is created.
The menu is an ode to the rare and special flavors of the sea, with the main protagonist being egg tartare, which is combined with delicate textures and flavors that highlight its deep and mellow character.
The continuation brings to the table premium seafood in refined versions such as: smoked octopus carpaccio with distinctive wood aromas, smoked sea bream fillet with delicate texture, unique salted fish accompanied by fruit pearls – an impressive result of molecular gastronomy that elevates the flavors – smoked eel, even the humble anchovy in a unique version!
The dishes are accompanied by fine spirits of Messologi (ouzo & tsipouro) while there is also a list – with extra charge – of fine wines, selected by an experienced sommelier, matching the egg and the rest of the seafood to create the perfect harmony between drink and taste, completing this unique gastronomic experience.
The menu varies according to the seasonality of the seafood, but our protagonist – the egg – is always there!

- Fish or shrimp veloute with grated eggplant
- Seabass or sea bass or sea bream from Messologi
- Fish fillet cured in vinegar with lily and capers
- Salted fish fillet with yuzu pearls and passion fruit
- Fennel – orange salad, smoked mackerel
- Cucumber rolls with egg tarragon dip
- Eggplant
- Pumpkin florets with egg tarragon dip
- Fava with onion chutney, olive oil with Kozani saffron and smoked eel
- Pickled artichoke with smoked sea bream
- Anchovy savoro with handmade dolmades
- Toasted bread with truffle olive oil, cream cheese and egg tarragon
- Quinoa with roasted peppers, balsamic orange and smoked shrimp
- Sea bream pickled in salt with mustard dip, red pepper and lemon pearls.
- Fish fillet with soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame and ginger
- Avocado cream, lime with smoked octopus, olive oil, green onion
- Chalva – rhubarb

The price includes two glasses of spirits (ouzo – tsipouro) per person
The space is available by appointment only and reservations must be made at least one day in advance and the duration is two hours.
